Raven's Gate
Raven's Gate by Anthony Horowitz is about a boy called Matt who gets in trouble for a crime he didn't commit. He can go to jail or join a weird project. So he takes the LEAF project. Every night the people who take care of him leave their house for some unknown reason, so he goes to explore in the woods but gets lost because all the trees are identical. This is the first book in The Gatekeeper's series. LL & TBC
